I'm still working on this but it seems great. My only thing is I wish that when we took the quizzes, it would give explanations for when the answer is "false" as it would assist greatly in learning the material and studying for the final.
I would recommend this certification. The certification helps me to understand cyber intelligence and cell phone issues when it comes to understanding the appropriate data to look for and to retrieve. Also the entire course concerning cyber intelligence did give me valuable insight concerning intelligence in the cyber world. I would highly recommend this course.

This course is really thought out well and covers a broad range of topics. I enjoyed going through it and came away with new knowledge. Well worth the investment.

It was a good overall all experience. Classes were easy to navigate and complete. If I had to make 1 opportunity call out is that some of the courses are a bit dated but they are still relavent.
Overall good course! Good material and videos appart from some double content. Some room for improvement to bring it to 5 star level: 1) add other industries next to the retail examples, (e.g. finance and government) and 2) add more cyber threat intelligence. Currently the "intelligence" has more the character of "investigation".

Loved the course in general. Loved the fact that repetitions of certain concepts and topics were introduced. The Manual that had to be read throughout the course was nicely split across the various modules and was not overwhelming. Joshua's presentations were very engaging and kept my attention. I wish there were more practical exercises just like in the beginning with the auction sites. Some of the links in the support materials were broken or outdated

This was a really helpful course. While some of the material will be a refresher for those with experience in intelligence or in traditional cyber/IT fields, the content was very thorough and helpful. What I loved most about the course was the actual hands-on exercise in looking for auction fraud, and the great detail provided on preservation of computer evidence for prosecution. Top-notch training. Highly recommended

They have PDF files and Videos, where they show you hands on. I love cyber security, but Joshua made it better by being honest that if I need his help he would be there and he was.
