Was a great class to get on track for investigation, some sections felt a bit out dated.

I was nervous to finally take certifications as a busy working parent of 5. However, this course is laid out in very distinct , easy to follow segments with engaging content, no filler material. There are great breaking points so I can set goals for myself to make progress toward completion around my daily Scheduel. I really am enjoying the content and learning a lot.

I found this course to be very professional, informative, and focused. The CECI certification program will elevate your knowledge in multiple areas of cybercrime. I have been through a few certification programs for data forensics (computers, cellphones, data storage devices) from accredited institutions. This program was just as good, in some cases, better. The reference material is something I have used since I first access it. It is easy to use, easy to resource, and easy to digest. The online format was convenient but was not lacking in information or content. I will continue to resource the McAfee Institute for tradecraft and technical development. Great course!

The Certified Expert in Cyber Investigations (CECI) is the 'go to' training for investigating in the cyber space. The internet of things (IoT) has passed, we now live in the internet of everything (IoE). This program will help you establish the needed foundation to gather intelligence, investigate cyber crimes, and cyber-enabled crimes. The program is structured in a way that supports learning via reading and research, discussion boards, application of investigation techniques, quizzes, and a comprehensive exam. This goes beyond other comparable board examinations, where just an exam and experience are required. Actually, this puts this board certification 'heads and shoulders' above the others. The programs at the McAfee Institute have multiple accreditations for a reason. Additionally, the material is reviewable at any time and updated. This is critical considering the cyber landscape changes constantly and the investigator will need to refresh and update themselves on a technique or tool. My experience was very good the course was put together very well.

This was a great course and now I have tools to take forward into areas that require such board certifications.

I have taken two courses with McAfee Institute to date (CCII and CECI). While the CECI contained material that I had already seen in the CCII course, it served as a great refresher for me. The course material, manuals and supplemental documentation in both courses will prove very useful in my current role in Cyber Security.

The sequencing is pretty odd and things could've been combined better. Great value but not the best to follow on a mobile phone

My reaction to Certified Cyber Investigative Expert (CCIE) is overall favorable. Unfortunately I found it less interesting but more challenging than Certified Social Media Intelligence Analyst (SMIA).

The tremendous value that McAfee Institute provided in this course was beyond my expectations. The pdf manuals that they provide are easily worth the cost of the program. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance the staff always provide top notch customer service. They really do care about you achieving your professional goals and career advancement. Another great value they provide is 24/7 access to your course material. There are times when I am conducting an investigation and I need to refresh my skills on a particular subject. I simply go back to the course, watch the video or review the pdf manuals and the tool I need is available to me. You cannot put a price on this kind of access. I have found a few similar programs but they are limited to one year access. You cannot beat McAfee Institute for value, service and continued access to information. I have taken many courses over the years and this by far is the most organized and streamlined! Any cyber investigative professional would be incomplete in not taking this course. I thoroughly enjoyed the CCIE course, the extensive amount of information that is provided in this course is phenomenal, and extremely current. This course provides the type of learning platform that is perfect for the type of individual who does not have the ability to designate set days/times for learning. I do not enjoy taking classes that only requires reading as the only learning method, McAfee Institute has done an outstanding job of integrating relevant videos into each learning
