I felt overall the course was good. The online tool was an easy process to work with, very flexible and user-friendly. I found it informative and will be very useful to me going forward. I found the end of chapter quiz helpful. But there were some questions in the final exam which were not part of the course content.

The exam for the course did cover material that was not covered in the course, however it was general knowledge of rule of law and computer facts and was not too bad. I did miss a couple of those questions. Also, the test had several typos that could be fixed. I do feel that I know more than I did and that is what is important! Thanks!

If you are looking for the one program that will take your investigative efforts to the next level, then look no further. After being in federal law enforcement / intel for 20 years, I though I knew it all. Boy this program was an eye opener.
