The course was well written and appropriate. I really enjoyed working at my own pace, which often times is much quicker than a traditional class. The videos and coursework along with the manual really tie together well. The course prepares you for the exam and also for your work in the field.

Of course you get what you put into it, but the voluminous information presented and reinforced throughout with writing assignments and prep quizzes finishes up with the feeling and understanding you’ve been equipped to have a better understanding of your role and responsibilities as well as the roles of others to ensure you’ve done what is possible to ensure a safe environment overall.

The course materials were easily digestible and augmented by video presentations. Sectional quizzes clearly prepared student to successfully pass the final exam. This was a nice refreshing course that covered skills used within my daily operation. With 17 years law enforcement experience I have seen a lot of this information in individual classes. It was good to see all aspects combined in one class. I did call and spoke to a few people in regards to content. As I took the class there was multiple spelling and grammatical errors. There was also miss numbered slides along with one section that counterdicted previous course material.

I've been investigating Workplace violence events/issues for over two decades. I was initially skeptical that I was going to be able to take anything away from this course. I am happy to say that I was mistaken. This course was very good! I particularly enjoy that the material can be accessed online at anytime. Very convenient!... The course was very well laid out. and informative. I highly recommended for HR,LP, and management professionals in any industry. Well worth the time.

My overall experience with this course was very good. I felt the process and progression of the chapters was very well organized. As an online course it was extremely user friendly and simple to navigate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The only negative comment I have is that there is some grammatical mistakes in the reading portions. But outside of that a good course.

Great content, broken up with video, reading assignments and practical exercises, which kept it from being dry. Joshua, the facilitator, has a true gift in delivering training content and knows his material very well. For me the course was a nice blend of refresher material and new knowledge, much of which I feel will be very helpful. The videos are done well, professional quality.
