I have enjoyed going through the course and I am happy about the online 24\7 availability of the course. I am moving toward a career in Intelligence gathering riding the fence on most of the courses taught through McAfee Institute and with the courseware I am greatly enhancing my knowledge base. Keep up the great work!!

Great course for those looking to get into the investigations field. Touches up on all aspects of criminal investigations. If your looking for an overall this is the course. The certification is definitely a plus. Looking forward to using my new skills out in the field. Can’t wait to take other programs in the near future.
It was a good overall all experience. Classes were easy to navigate and complete. If I had to make 1 opportunity call out is that some of the courses are a bit dated but they are still relavent.
This is a great outlet to connecting the dots in the industry. Very easy to use and most of all you have access when you need it. I will be taking more classes very soon!!
Hands down one of the BEST certifications experiences I have ever had in that ALL of the training material is available on your student dashboard when you log in and is extremely student friendly with videos and quiz's of Human Trafficking Investigation Knowledge. I highly recommend the McAfee Institute CHTI certification.
McAfee Institute's Trainer (MICT) course is exactly the training course I was looking for to become a Certified Trainer in more than one area without having to spend a lot of money and a lot of time in a classroom. MICT cross trains over investigative techniques into cyber security, human trafficking, social media, eCommerce and more. I strongly recommend this course to anyone who wants to see what is lurking inside and outside of your everyday life. AM Anderson
The course/certification was a good overview and a good introduction to the area of cyber forensics for people who may not have as much of a background in technology. That being said, I was hoping for a little more in-depth and possibly hands-on learning experience, and the course seemed overly easy for me (since I do have a fairly extensive background in technology - mostly focusing on security and some forensics).
This was my first experience with a course from the McAfee Institute The war against cyber crime, investigation and intelligence gathering ends not at the American borders. So perhaps a more global approche?
I enjoyed taking this course for a number of reasons; getting started was very simple, the curriculum was very easy to digest and expanded on a few throngs that I thought I knew well but didn't. The videos are segmented so it helps retain the info and allows you to reference things later on much easier. The staff at McAfee are very friendly and extremely helpful to your learning experience. I will be taking many more classes with them.
I recently just went through the Board Certified "Certified Organized Retail Crime Investigator" (CORCI) course. I immediately fell in love with the course layout and platform which was simple to use and navigate. The content of the course was also excellent. Whether you have been conducting ORC investigations for 50 years or 1 day there is something for everyone. For me, there was a nice mix of reading work, video tutorials, and assignment work that helped me gain the knowledge I needed in order to pass the final exam. 2 day's after passing the exam I came a crossed a real life situation at work in which I was able to obtain a ton of information to build a nice foundation for my investigation. I would recommend this course to everyone in Loss Prevention and Law Enforcement. I am grateful for the McAfee Institute for all of the value that they bring to our small community of LP and LE professionals! Sincerely, Eric Mizner, LPQ, CORCI
I'm impressed with the overall teaching in this class. It's very informative and I'm glad I joined the Mcafee Institute family. I wish I had learned about this a long time ago.
With 17 years law enforcement experience I have seen a lot of this information in individual classes. It was good to see all aspects combined in one class. I did call and spoke to a few people in regards to content. As I took the class there was multiple spelling and grammatical errors. There was also miss numbered slides along with one section that counterdicted previous course material.
Overall good course! Good material and videos appart from some double content. Some room for improvement to bring it to 5 star level: 1) add other industries next to the retail examples, (e.g. finance and government) and 2) add more cyber threat intelligence. Currently the "intelligence" has more the character of "investigation".
The course was amazing. I was worried it would be over my head as I know the basics of computers and phones, as I am no computer wiz. The course takes you from ground zero on up so that any experience level could grasp the teachings. I wish they showed how to make a second copy of the evidence from different devices like computers, Android phones and IPhones. I do know that this probably changes all the time so may not be practical as it could be outdated quickly with how fast technology grows. I would recommend this course to others.
Excellent!!!!! I hope this learning system should be promoted in India
