This was a great introductory course and showed some really good tips and techniques for searching social media sites. Also, a few of the websites revealed gave some really in-depth information which was perfect for the job I do. Great job!

Great course. I would recommend this for those who lack the knowledge for investigations using open source intelligence. The structure and progression of this course was very good.

My overall experience with this course was very good. I felt the process and progression of the chapters was very well organized. As an online course it was extremely user friendly and simple to navigate. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The only negative comment I have is that there is some grammatical mistakes in the reading portions. But outside of that a good course.

Well even with all of my experience and expertise it was great participating in this course to enhance my knowledge through a multitude of dicisplines. More importantly I have a great understanding of conducting and working with this environment especially within a global prespective.

The course needs to be more streamlined to students. Have lessons in PPT. It is hard to follow on PDFs.

The material is in-depth and can be learned at the user's own pace. For motivated self-starters, this is perfect. Glad to have the new skills and the certification was a welcome addition to my resume and LinkedIn profile.
